How we work
The pump-out removes the grit, leaves and sediment before that material packs the downstream pipe.
A catch basin collects the grit, leaves and sediment that storm water carries off a lot or a driveway, so that material settles in the basin instead of packing the pipe downstream. When the sump fills, the water stops draining and stands.
